PindLife Diwali Sweater Giveaway 2026

1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored and administered by PindLife Inc., Brampton, Ontario, Canada (the "Sponsor"). Questions about the contest may be sent to pindlifeinc@gmail.com.
2. Contest period
The contest opens at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 8 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 12 October 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period are void. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
3. Who may enter
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, and to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory or state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
The contest is void in Quebec and anywhere else it is prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter, and both carry exactly the same chance of winning.
Online entry. Complete the entry form at pindlife.ca/pages/diwali-giveaway with a valid email address. Submitting the form also subscribes you to PindLife marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.
Entry without subscribing. Send an email to pindlifeinc@gmail.com with the subject line "Diwali giveaway" containing your full name, your email address, and your province or state of residence. Entries received this way are placed in the same pool and are not added to any marketing list.
Limit one entry per person for the duration of the contest. Entries are identified by email address. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by macro, script, robot or any automated means, and entries from addresses created for the purpose of entering more than once, will be disqualified. Purchases from pindlife.ca do not earn additional entries and do not affect the odds of winning in any way.
5. Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) PindLife Knitted Happy Diwali Sweater with Lights, in a size selected by the winner from the sizes then available in the Sponsor's inventory, with shipping included to an address in Canada or the United States.
The approximate retail value of each prize is ninety Canadian dollars ($90.00 CAD). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is two hundred and seventy Canadian dollars ($270.00 CAD).
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. If a prize cannot be awarded as described, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draws
Three random draws will be held from the Sponsor's premises in Brampton, Ontario on the following dates:
- Draw 1: Monday 29 September 2026
- Draw 2: Monday 6 October 2026
- Draw 3: Monday 13 October 2026
Each draw is made at random from all eligible entries received up to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before that draw, excluding entries belonging to entrants who have already been selected in an earlier draw. You need enter only once to be included in every draw for which your entry is eligible. The odds of being selected in any draw depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Skill-testing question
Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email.
8. Winner notification
Each selected entrant will be notified by email at the address given on their entry, within two (2) business days of the draw. The selected entrant must reply, answer the skill-testing question correctly, and provide a shipping address within five (5) business days of the notification being sent.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, fails to respond within the time allowed, or is found to be ineligible, that entrant forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, draw an alternate entrant on the same conditions.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of their first name and province or state by the Sponsor in connection with announcing the results of this contest, without further notice or compensation. Winners will not be required to appear in photographs or video.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through this contest is used by the Sponsor only to administer the contest, and, where an entrant has entered through the online form, to send marketing email until the entrant unsubscribes. Information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The Sponsor's privacy policy at pindlife.ca/policies/privacy-policy applies.
11. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or not received for any reason, nor for any technical failure of any network, server, computer or email system.
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to any required regulatory approval, to withdraw, amend or suspend this contest, or to amend these rules, if any event beyond its reasonable control interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the contest website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.
By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers from any liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in this contest or from the acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
12. Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and all disputes are to be determined by the courts of Ontario. Entrants resident in the United States agree that their participation is likewise governed by these rules, and that all matters are to be determined under Ontario law without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Not affiliated with any social media platform
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X. Entrants provide their information to PindLife Inc. and not to any of those companies. Any questions, comments or complaints about the contest must be directed to PindLife Inc. at pindlifeinc@gmail.com and not to any social media platform.
